Terms of sale

2. Products The products sold are photography prints made to order. The photographs are presented as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may appear depending on the screen.

3. Pricing All prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of tax. Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order and payment Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Delivery Products are manufactured and shipped directly by our partner WhiteWall. ANANKE STUDIO cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Defective product Any claim for a damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

8. Legal guarantees Products benefit from: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

9. Mediation In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer may freely use a consumer mediator. (Mediator contact details will be provided upon registration.)
