(Cf.) Julien Claessens & Adrien Dewisme

Julien Claessens is a photographer, trained at La Cambre art school in Brussels. For thirty years his work has moved between portraiture and still life, fashion and architecture. He has shot for Chanel, Cartier and Dior, published a book with Assouline on the backstage of haute couture, and made the images for the book of architect Nicolas Schuybroek, one of the most acclaimed of his generation. His photographs have been exhibited alongside those of Jeanloup Sieff and Karl Lagerfeld.

Adrien Dewisme is an art director and photographer. For twenty years he shaped the imagery of luxury houses within the major Paris agencies. Alongside this, he pursues a personal body of work, attentive to form, material and nature.

Both have exhibited in cultural institutions and private galleries. They met working on the catalogue of a Place Vendôme jeweller, and founded a studio for images and film together. Then Beau Edition. What they did for a handful of houses, they now do for everyone. Those years taught them where the value of an image lies: in the eye that chooses it, and in the coherence of the series around it.

Beau Edition brings the same standard to every print as to a commission, at a fair price. So that an image can find its place in any home — between art and decoration.
